Brelko Conveyor Products, a level 1 BEE company, design, and manufacture conveyor belt cleaning equipment for a trouble-free flow of materials at transfer and load points. The whole manufacturing process of the Brelko product range is done in South Africa and Brelko is 100% South African owned.
Brelko, based in Johannesburg, exports its conveyor belt cleaning equipment into the rest of Africa and across the globe. Globally, Brelko product is supplied to North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
Our export market has faced some challenges due to the Pandemic, including the time lag for shipping and receiving products, which is estimated at between seven and eight weeks. Recent supply chain constraints have led to lead times being extended to as much as 20 weeks. Coupled with these delays, has seen the soaring cost of shipping which adversely impacts the bottom line.
We are, therefore, very proud to have been awarded the Exporter of the Year award by the South African Capital Equipment Export Council (SACEEC), held at a virtual ceremony in December 2021.
We are accredited with Quality Management ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 18001:2007 certification and are members of the SA Institute of Materials Handling and Conveyor Manufacturers Association.
We have branches in the United Kingdom and the United States, master distributors in Australia, Chile, Europe, Greece, Mexico, KSA, UAE and agents located in more than 40 countries.
